Full-time university transfer

- Candidates graduated the majors which is relevant to registered ones;

- Diploma of professional secondary in the schools which have self-evaluation report and implement quality verification as scheduled by the Ministry of Education and Training regulations;

- Vocational diploma, vocational colleges of the schools which have self-evaluation report and implement quality verification as scheduled by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs regulations;

- Diplomas of foreign institutions or foreign institutions operating lawfully in Vietnam are recognized under the provisions of the Ministry of Education and Training or the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

- People with a vocational diploma, vocational colleges must have a high school level diploma or have learned enough graduation knowledge and have test results meeting the requirements prescribed the Ministry of Education and Training;

- Do not be prosecuted within the law
